Customer Service Representative

Established organization seeking professional customer service reps to fill varying shifts for a 6 month contract opportunity. This customer service position will handle inbound calls in queue and possibly diffusing calls to get more details from the customer on their current situation. Must be able to troubleshoot with customers to get more information out of them during times when the customers are experiencing a stressful situation. Customer service professionals must be very proficient with map search and lookup tools such as google maps, mapquest, etc. Must type 40+ wpm (will be tested) Shifts of customer service work vary. Some shifts require working 4-10 hr days with days off during the week. Other customer service shifts will start later in the day and work into the evenings. Depending on the shift each candidate is placed in, the possibility of having a workday fall on a holiday or weekend is possible. Must be dependable and be able to be there even if there is bad weather!! This is a 24/7 environment that is a small call center. Must be flexible, however, a set schedule will be established once a hire has been made for each position.
